Almanya ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z laboratuvar testleri, sistemin temel emisyon parametrelerinde y\u00fczde 99,9\u2019a varan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koydu.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Emisyon reg\u00fclasyonlar\u0131n\u0131n giderek sertle\u015fti\u011fi ve karbon n\u00f6tr hedeflerinin k\u00fcresel sanayiyi d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bu d\u00f6nemde, Denizli do\u011fumlu m\u00fchendis ve i\u015f insan\u0131 \u015eaban Aky\u0131ld\u0131z, 34 y\u0131l\u0131 a\u015fk\u0131n bir Ar-Ge s\u00fcrecinin \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc olan Emisyon Kontrol ve Verimlilik Sistemi&#8217;ni geli\u015ftirdi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aky\u0131ld\u0131z\u2019\u0131n kurucusu oldu\u011fu ECC.TEC.MSJ. Inc. b\u00fcnyesinde geli\u015ftirilen bu teknoloji, ABD&#8217;li i\u015f ortaklar\u0131 ve \u015firketin Almanya&#8217;daki m\u00fchendislik ekibinin kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla \u0130stanbul&#8217;da d\u00fczenlenen bir bas\u0131n toplant\u0131s\u0131nda tan\u0131t\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DP Motorsport yar\u0131\u015f motorlar\u0131 \u00fczerinde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar s\u0131ras\u0131nda tesad\u00fcfen ke\u015ffedilen teknoloji, ba\u015fta otomotiv sekt\u00f6r\u00fc olmak \u00fczere i\u00e7ten yanmal\u0131 motorlardan ve end\u00fcstriyel tesislerden kaynaklanan sera gaz\u0131 emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131 rekor d\u00fczeyde azaltma kapasitesiyle \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ECC teknolojisi, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de \u00f6nde gelen kamu ara\u015ft\u0131rma kurumlar\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 akredite laboratuvar\u0131nda ve Almanya&#8217;da uluslararas\u0131 alanda tan\u0131nan ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z bir akredite test ve belgelendirme kurulu\u015funda test edildi. Elde edilen sonu\u00e7lar, partik\u00fcl emisyonunda y\u00fczde 99,9, hidrokarbon ve karbon monoksit sal\u0131m\u0131nda ise y\u00fczde 95&#8217;in \u00fczerinde azalma sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koydu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00f6z konusu teknoloji; otomotiv, deniz ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131, demiryolu, lojistik, \u00e7elik ve a\u011f\u0131r sanayi, enerji santralleri ile petrol rafinerileri ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere fosil yak\u0131t kullanan t\u00fcm \u00fcretim tesislerinde ve savunma sanayisinde uygulanabilme \u00f6zelli\u011fiyle geni\u015f bir kullan\u0131m alan\u0131na hitap ediyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ara\u00e7 \u00fczerinden anl\u0131k veri, ak\u0131ll\u0131 saatlerden de takip imkan\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Almanya ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z laboratuvarlarda test edilen sistem, benzinli ve dizel motorlara \u00fcretim a\u015famas\u0131nda entegre edilebildi\u011fi gibi mevcut ikinci el ara\u00e7lara sonradan da uygulanabiliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tercihe g\u00f6re b\u00fct\u00fcn bir sitem olarak ya da ara aparat olarak tercih edilebilen sistemin sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 fayda da buna g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fiyor. Yaz\u0131l\u0131m taraf\u0131 da ECC taraf\u0131ndan geli\u015ftirilen teknoloji, ara\u00e7 \u00fczerinden anl\u0131k veri sunabiliyor ve online olmas\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra ak\u0131ll\u0131 saatlerden ve ara\u00e7 mulitmedya sistemlerinden de takip edilebiliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>40\u2019tan fazla patent, <\/strong><strong>Euro 7\u2019nin \u00fczerinde performans<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Almanya\u2019da Euro 4 emisyon standard\u0131na sahip bir dizel ara\u00e7 \u00fczerinde yap\u0131lan ger\u00e7ek saha testleri, teknolojinin mevcut Avrupa emisyon reg\u00fclasyonlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6tesine ge\u00e7erek Euro 7\u2019nin \u00fczerinde performans sergiledi\u011fini g\u00f6steriyor. Bu performans\u0131n ilerleyen d\u00f6nemde daha y\u00fcksek standartlara ula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 hedefleniyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u00e7\u0131k kaynak patent veri tabanlar\u0131nda da do\u011frulanabilen \u015fekilde \u015eaban Aky\u0131ld\u0131z\u2019\u0131n 40\u2019tan fazla k\u00fcresel patenti bulunurken, teknolojiye y\u00f6nelik yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 ilgisi giderek art\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sistem nas\u0131l \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ECC Sistemi; fosil yak\u0131tl\u0131 t\u00fcm i\u00e7ten yanmal\u0131 motorlara ve end\u00fcstriyel baca sistemlerine entegre edilebilen, yanma s\u00fcrecini molek\u00fcler seviyede optimize eden bir teknoloji olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Geleneksel egzoz filtreleme sistemlerinden farkl\u0131 olarak, emisyonu \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015fta de\u011fil, yanma odas\u0131nda azalt\u0131yor.
